So this is the day I decided to go on a diet. This is the day BEFORE I decided to go on a diet.
I don’t know why of all days to start something at the end of the week.
On a Thursday, in the middle of the month, and at 9 o’clock at night.
So out of character for me. I like to start things at the beginning of the week, at the start of the month, and usually at the start of my day. (OCD much?) It makes it easier to count how many days it will take for me to quit. I know it sounds horrible, but I’ve lived for 29 years and that’s just how it goes for me.
Nothing ever last for to long around here. I start something and then stop. Go for SO long and then quit. Really I don’t know how I’ve accomplished much in my short trip around the sun so far. (but I have)
Call me crazy- but I’ve made the commitment of going low carb for at least a month. it took me about 3 days before I decided to tell people about it. now, as you will see, i’m fully immersed in it.
